Despite the fact that banks are now very conservative and are skeptical about giving loans there are plenty of other places to seek financing. For instance microloan organizations are little known places to get business loans.

Microloan organizations are nonprofits that give loans usually in the neighborhood of $2,500 to $35,000 dollars. They have excellent business training programs and loan capital to small businesses the banks would laugh at metaphorically speaking.

...Some of these microloan organizations have given out millions and even billions of dollars in capital to small businesses. They are a great resource for business owners. Then for small businesses there are peer to peer banking platforms online. Peer to Peer lending is where individuals online lend you money via the Internet. This was unheard of more than a few years ago!

Peer to Peer lending via the Internet is projected to grow to 2 Billion dollars this year. Many small business people have received funding from individual strangers in peer to peer loan transactions. The Leading Playa emerging in the peer to peer (P2P) loan game is Prosper.com.
